Staff can now view diary entries on My Home. To view a tenant's diary entries, search for the tenant using the tenant search field, then click on the view diary entries button.
To view recent diary entries, click on the button to jump to the most recent entries.
You can also select criteria for viewing diary entries.
You can then use your search criteria to view diary entries that meet your specifications or you can save your criteria to be the new default view for diary entries.
