My Home has the ability to hold staff only content.
This can be set up in multiple ways, such as using the Access settings on a Custom page to make the content available to staff only when they log in on behalf of a tenant.
Staff forms or procedures can then be added to the custom page.
Alternatively, Bespoke dynamic forms can be added for staff to use which will appear beside a tenant or property. The example below shows a fire door assessment form.
