As a little preview of what is coming at the start of 2022, we would like to introduce you to the new staff property section.
Firstly we have added an order search to let you jump straight into an order:
The new property section adds to the property and maintenance data accessible to staff. As well as orders and diary entries, staff can view details of the property including extended data fields and, with SDM’s Remote Working Plus license, update appliances, cyclical maintenance records, stock condition and room details.
We can also use this new data to provide even more functionality for tenants, for example using cyclical maintenance records to let tenants know about their gas safety inspections and electrical installation condition reports.
