My Home can support different payment gateways for staff, tenants and factored owners making payments.

With 3D Secure v2, online payment gateways require additional factors for security, for example a fingerprint on a compatible device or digits from a password. Staff taking payment on behalf of tenants cannot use these gateways. My Home can be set up to seamlessly switch payment gateways based on the user, so the interface remains the same, yet staff ‘card holder not present’ payments are routed via a compatible virtual terminal gateway that does not require 3D Secure v2.

This feature can also be set up if tenant rent payments and leaseholder or factored owner payments need to be deposited into different bank accounts or reconciled separately.
