Customer groups are a way of grouping your tenants / customers into groups. You can use groups to:
- Limit access to specific functionality to certain customers
- Have content and pages only accessible to certain customers
- Display different dashboard panels to different customers
- Easily add calendar events for certain customers
- Easily assign surveys to specific customers
You can group customers using tenancy type, property type, paper free status or with a list of tenant numbers. Future grouping options like scheme code, area code, manager code and control group are coming very soon.
