You can now adjust how complaints go into SDM including setting a method of complaint by going to Settings>tenant>Complaints and clicking on the pencil icon to edit settings.

Complaints settings

Different types of complaints can be added including complaints relating to anti-social behaviour. Complaint definition text and guidance can also be added for the tenant, to help them select the appropriate option. This allows complaints to go into SDM with the correct complaint type, method of complaint and notes from the tenant.
