There is now the option to have a greater breakdown of rent, housing benefit and other charges on a tenants account.
This can be added by going into Settings > Tenant and ticking the option to display ‘charge breakdown’ and ‘enhanced balances’ as indicated below.
The language and labeling around tenant account balances can als be adjusted to be more tenant friendly by going to Other Customisable Text > Account Statement / Rent
